1. Shipping Policy

At Kasiaenergy, we understand that the items you’ve chosen – whether a Feng Shui bracelet, a healing crystal, or a sacred piece of jewelry – are meaningful to your spiritual journey. We want your order to arrive safely and promptly. All orders are carefully packaged with the utmost care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

We proudly ship all products from the United States, ensuring quality craftsmanship and reliable delivery times.

Note: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, additional charges may apply.

Important: Please update or change your shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Review your confirmation email and contact us immediately for any changes.

3. Processing Time

Each product is handled with care by our team. Please allow:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website using this number.

If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at service.kasiaenergy@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States: All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii)

  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and more (additional shipping charges may apply)

If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at service.kasiaenergy@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.

6. Packaging

Your Feng Shui products and jewelry are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:

  • Wrapped in protective tissue or bubble wrap

  • Secured in a sturdy cardboard box or padded mailer

  • Crystals and fragile items are individually wrapped with extra padding

We take every precaution to ensure your sacred items arrive in pristine condition.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at service.kasiaenergy@gmail.com.

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address. In such cases, Kasiaenergy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package needs to be reshipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Look around your property (including porches, mailrooms, or leasing offices)

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, please contact us at service.kasiaenergy@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Kasiaenergy is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided.

For packages significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

9. Undeliverable Addresses

We are unable to ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address at checkout, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address. If the shipping cost to the new address is lower than the amount you originally paid, we will bill you for the difference and process your order upon receipt of payment. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are an international customer interested in ordering our Feng Shui products or jewelry, please contact us at service.kasiaenergy@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

11. Shipping During Holidays

During peak holiday seasons (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure delivery by your desired date.

We will communicate any expected delays through email and on our website.
